MEP Engineering Team Leader Opportunity

The position of MEP Engineering Team Leader is available to drive business growth and lead a team of skilled engineers in this role. The ideal candidate will possess experience in MEP design, along with established connections within the public and private sectors.

As a successful team leader, the individual will be responsible for building and supervising a local team of engineers, as well as collaborating on market strategy and growth initiatives within their desired geography. They will also be expected to leverage their professional network to pursue opportunities and source new development projects.

This group will comprise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineers. This presents an excellent opportunity to join a well-established MEP Market Sector that has successfully grown in other geographies.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the technical field is essential.
  • Thorough knowledge and interpretation of industry standards and code compliance are necessary.
  • Experience in client management and/or business development efforts is crucial.
  • Background in technical proposal development is beneficial.
  • Self-motivation, focus, and dedication to leading a team to deliver solutions for clients are key attributes.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
