Job Overview

A global life sciences company is seeking a Business Analysis professional to contribute to the development of an Access Rights Management application. This role will be instrumental in ensuring efficient, secure, and innovative solutions across our international network of laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to gather and translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Creating workflows, system designs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Supporting Agile teams with requirement clarification and documentation.
  • Utilizing Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) tools to define and verify functionality.
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assisting in application validation.
  • Analysing and improving existing access control processes.
  • Ensuring Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and best practices are followed.
  • Providing user training, workshops, and support for smooth system adoption.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–7 years' experience as a Business/Functional Analyst.
  • Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML), Visio, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong skills in user story creation, backlog management, and delivering user training.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge or experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is beneficial.
