About Lead Analyst Role in Transparency Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure transparency reporting program consistency and adherence to country, industry, and regulatory requirements.

  • Subject Matter Expert, through proactive collaboration with teams, for accurate data gathering, analysis, reconciliation, and preparation of transparency reports and value-add reports.
  • Develop and complete a dynamic, risk-based external reporting strategy to ensure accurate reporting across all sectors and functions.
  • Influence process changes to enable accurate reporting, while driving resource reduction through process and systems efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years' experience and proven leadership in HCC or related compliance function, ability to work with data, lead projects, facilitate and implement process improvements, and communicate effectively.
