Lead Transparency Reporting Specialist

Job Summary:

The role of the Lead Transparency Reporting Specialist is to partner with key stakeholders to ensure the development, implementation and execution of transparency reporting programs is consistent and meets all country, industry, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather, analyze, reconcile, and prepare accurate and timely transparency reports and value-added reports.
  • Develop and execute a dynamic, risk-based external reporting strategy to ensure accurate reporting across sectors (MedTech, Pharm) and functions (Supply Chain, R&D).
  • Influence process changes to enable accurate reporting while driving resource reduction through process and systems efficiencies.
  • Prepare internal status reports and summary metrics presentations for senior management on request.
  • Lead or participate in special project teams or industry working groups related to transparency reporting.
  • Apply an Operational Excellence approach with a focus on continuous improvement and learning to drive improved data quality and ensure accurate data collection for transparency reporting.
  • Develop and deliver training on reporting tools and processes to business partners as needed.

About the Role:

This regional role supports both sectors (MedTech and Pharm) and functions (R&D and Supply chain) across LATAM to communicate and develop plans for meeting Johnson & Johnson's transparency reporting requirements. The role requires a strategic leader with a focus on continuous improvement, vigilance, and skills to identify innovative ways to stay in sync with the Transparency requirements in the Region by partnering across functional areas such as Information Technology, Procurement, Privacy, Legal, Government Affairs etc.

  • Proven experience in transparency reporting with strong knowledge of regulations and industry standards.
  • Strategic leadership skills with ability to influence and collaborate across functional areas.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
