Job Title: Regional Account Manager

This role is responsible for generating demand for sleep and respiratory products as well as software solutions to durable medical equipment companies, physicians, and clinicians.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and sales acumen to be a resource to physicians and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary sales contact responsible for overall growth and management of new and existing DME/HME and/or sleep lab accounts within defined territories.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and profitability across all designated product lines within territory accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and education/training to customer accounts via phone, web meetings, or in-person visits.
  • Manage territory budgets to maximize customer impact, including product and travel expenses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve account-specific objectives and improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain CRM databases with customer information, follow-up correspondence, copies of correspondence, and sales analyses.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products, industry knowledge, competitive products, and activity to referral sources.
  • Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and cost increases where relevant.
  • Focus on forecasting, internal communication, and understanding retailer supply demands.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend regional and national trade shows as requested by senior leadership.
  • May require occasional work outside normal business hours, including weekends.
  • Perform departmental duties and responsibilities as assigned, managing expenses according to company guidelines.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, attend seminars, and training sessions necessary to maintain professional competence.
