Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead CDD & KYC Operations Manager to spearhead the maintenance of high standards of accuracy and compliance within our Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop team members effectively. They should also have strong analytical- and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a detail-oriented approach. Additionally, they should be able to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes and drive proactive compliance measures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide, support, and mentor a team of CDD professionals, ensuring their alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of CDD & KYC processes, leveraging data-driven insights and feedback to enhance workflows and minimize errors.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, conducting regular audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless integration of CDD & Compliance procedures and promote a culture of compliance across the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving regulatory standards related to CDD & KYC, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  • Drive and participate in global discussions around commercial initiatives, compliance projects, and operational scalability.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in people management and CDD operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices pertaining to CDD & KYC.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members effectively.
  • Strong analytical- and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes and drive proactive compliance measures.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
