Technical Consultant Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have experience in financial technology and a deep understanding of eligibility solutions for lenders. They will work closely with clients to implement and improve our eligibility solutions, ensuring they meet specific needs and regulatory requirements.This is a 12 month fixed term contract role that offers the opportunity to work on complex projects and develop skills in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their eligibility requirements and business processes.
  • Design customised eligibility solutions using proprietary technology.
  • Provide technical expertise during the implementation phase, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure solutions remain compliant.
  • Work with the product development team to provide feedback and suggest enhancements based on client needs.
  • Develop a constructive working relationship with the delivery, product and engineering teams.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implementations and customisations.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role in the financial technology sector.
  • Experience with eligibility solutions and lending processes.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
