We are seeking a skilled consultant to drive business solutions and digital transformation.
Main Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their needs and promote the value of solutions.
- Develop innovative solutions in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
- Conduct workshops and presentations for clients, focusing on solution development and validation.
- Mentor peers and contribute to maintaining knowledge libraries.
- 5+ years of experience as a solution consultant/architect.
- 3+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience facilitating client-facing workshops.
- Ability to lead a multi-discipline team focused on delivering high-quality output.
- Detailed understanding of Big Data, IoT, and emerging technologies.
- Fluency in JavaScript, HTML, and popular frameworks like AngularJS and Bootstrap.
- Strong people development skills, including coaching and mentoring for technical roles.
- Executive presence with experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Fluency in third-party integrations using web services, JDBC, and file-based parsers.
