Job Title: Clinical Applications Manager - Medical Devices Industry

Quatre Recursos Humanos is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Manager to join our team in São Paulo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the field Clinical Applications team and driving the development of high-performance medical equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee the training and development of new Clinical Applications Specialists.
  • Provide assessment and coaching to Clinical Applications Specialists.
  • Assist the Director, Clinical Applications in identifying training needs of the Clinical Applications Specialist team and developing appropriate training programs.
  • Oversee daily activities of the Clinical Applications team, including territory team issues, disciplinary situations, and performance reviews.
  • Communicate regularly with the Clinical Director to address issues and identify opportunities for growth and development of the Clinical Applications team.
  • Conduct hiring processes for Clinical Specialists.
  • Complete required administrative activities.
  • Provide customer feedback to Marketing.
  • Be responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience.
  • RDMS in Abdomen & Ob/Gyn.
  • RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years commercial applications experience.
  • Proven experience to effectively and appropriately display professional skills necessary to manage interpersonal relationships with team members, colleagues, and customers.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage daily tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills consistently meeting customer and company's time requirements.
  • Effective team building, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to identify training/skills needs and design appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more of the time.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction.
