Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our digital solutions initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale software projects from concept to completion.
As a program manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will work closely with our technology development teams to build development schedules, identify critical paths, and maintain project thorough execution.
You will also be responsible for communicating project status effectively to executive management and other stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of complex technical topics, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale software projects
  • Build development schedules and identify critical paths
  • Maintain project thorough execution and ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate project status to executive management and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technology development teams to drive project execution

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technology R&D and 3+ years of technical leadership experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Phenomenal leadership with a cross-functional collaborative mindset
  • Self-motivation with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Availability for international travel
  • Experience in Video, Audio, Codec, pixel processing, machine learning, or SoC Fields with relevant hardware, firmware, software product development experience is a plus
