Market-Making Specialist

The role of Market-Making Specialist involves market-making and order-managing for sales clients in FX markets. In this capacity, you will be responsible for quoting and managing direct/non-machine qualifying voice orders from Sales.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Market Making and Risk Management: Manage risk from client flows and maximize revenue opportunity using macro views & technical analysis to optimize the value of the global book.
  • Order Execution and Portfolio Efficiency: Use eFX liquidity to continuously monitor client orders in Barracuda and execute limit and stop loss orders for clients.
Collaboration and Innovation:
  • Treasury Services: Work with the spot, Forward, Emerging Market, NDF traders and Quant team to optimize the value of the global book.
  • Global Staffing: Collaborate with other geographies for proficient staffing coverage of Bank holidays and vacations.
  • Team Meetings: Attend global team meetings to discuss new developments, client analysis, and delivery roadmap.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trading Experience: FX trading experience is desirable.
  • Coding Experience: Coding experience is desirable.
  • Educational Requirements: BS/BA degree required.
  • Minimum Trading Experience: Minimum 1yr trading experience in FX or other local markets.
