Leading a team in Brazil requires effective strategic planning, management skills and an understanding of the local culture.
About the Role:- The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our operations, develop clear objectives and ensure their execution within established timelines and budgets.
- They must be responsible for managing our programs including surgical and health initiatives, ensuring they are developed and executed effectively.
- Leading fundraising efforts is also key, building relationships with donors, partners and stakeholders to ensure financial sustainability.
- Representing the organization at national and international events is another crucial responsibility.
- Managing security and risk involves compliance with local regulations.
- A university degree in Public Health, Health Science or other relevant fields.
- At least 10 years experience with increasing responsibility in management positions, preferably in non-profit organizations.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to lead diverse teams.
- Administrative and project management skills are essential for budget planning and execution.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Advanced level in Spanish is desirable.
- Ability to work diplomatically in a global environment is necessary.
