Lead Remote Engineering Team

  • As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our remote engineering team and drive growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing human capital, defining and monitoring metrics, ensuring team coordination, and leading scrum ceremonies. Key responsibilities include:

  • In charge of hiring, retaining, and terminating team members, including compensation plans and motivation strategies.
  • Help define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the teams.
  • Ensure seamless team coordination and development process execution.
  • Lead all scrum ceremonies and ensure compliance.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development related roles.
  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager or similar.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced English level.
