  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct initial client meetings and presentations.
    • Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions.
    • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with Sales Engineers to develop technical proposals.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution positioning.
    • Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on pipeline status and market insights.
  • Business Development
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
    • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances.
    • Contribute to pricing strategies and proposal development.
    • Support contract negotiations and closing processes.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
    • Experience in account management, business development, or sales.
    • Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline building.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
    • Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
    • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Technical Flair (preferred)
    • Basic understanding of technical products/services.
    • Ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience working with technical teams (Engineers, Product Managers).
    • Background in technology, engineering, or technical sales is advantageous.
