- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct initial client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to develop technical proposals.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on pipeline status and market insights.
- Business Development
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and proposal development.
- Support contract negotiations and closing processes.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in account management, business development, or sales.
- Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline building.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Technical Flair (preferred)
- Basic understanding of technical products/services.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with technical teams (Engineers, Product Managers).
- Background in technology, engineering, or technical sales is advantageous.
