Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performance sales team to acquire new business across all products.
  • Execute strategy, hit growth targets, and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the sales team to consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Translate company objectives into actionable sales plans and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Leverage industry knowledge, existing networks, trade shows, partner ecosystems, and emerging markets to identify and secure new business.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless handover to internal teams.
  • Champion commercial innovation by identifying scalable business models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving strategic objectives. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.
