Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled International Trade Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth export of samples, preparing essential documents, and coordinating shipments. Your analytical mind and strong organizational skills will enable you to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue all relevant export documentation (e.g., invoices, packaging, certificates) based on customer requests.
  • Follow up on outstanding bookings to create shipments in our SAP system.
  • Carry out quotations with freight agents and transport companies.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheet controls for all shipments per year.
  • Present KPIs and participate in improvement projects.
  • Support involved areas and the team with other related duties as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, international relations, economics, or a related field.
  • Previous work experience in the export process.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Familiarity with invoice and packing list processes.
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
