As a key member of our team, the Development Fundraiser Officer plays a crucial role in planning and executing fundraising initiatives to support our mission and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing an Annual Fundraising Plan: Collaborate with leadership to create a comprehensive plan that meets financial and development targets.
  • Campaigns & Events Management: Organize and coordinate various fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to engage our community and increase support for our school.
  • Donor Relationship Building: Foster relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to cultivate a culture of giving and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Grant Research & Outreach: Identify and pursue grant opportunities and partnerships that align with our mission, while maintaining accurate records of fundraising activities and donor contributions.
  • Content Creation & Marketing: Work with our marketing team to create compelling fundraising content and communications that inspire giving and encourage community engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • English fluency is essential for this position, as communication with international stakeholders will be a core part of the role.
  • 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related field.
