This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup as a Senior FullStack Developer. The company is looking for a seasoned professional to develop and enhance a management platform that simplifies operations from scheduling to payroll.
With over 3.8 billion deskless workers worldwide, the potential for this platform is vast. The ideal candidate will have expertise in message queues, especially RabbitMQ, for building scalable systems. Experience with AWS and Azure is also essential.

Key Responsibilities- Designing, developing, and maintaining complex Python applications
- Collaborating with product management and stakeholders to define technical requirements
- Writing clean, efficient, and self-documented code
- Implementing automation tests
- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Monitoring application performance and providing optimization recommendations
- 5+ years of experience in developing scalable applications using frontend and backend technologies
- 5+ years of experience with Python
- 3+ years of experience with React and State Management libraries like MobX, Redux
- Extensive hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL at an expert level
- Ability to understand pros and cons of different architecture decisions
- Experience scaling services to millions of users
