We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our team in the Inter-America region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting operations of six sub-regional offices, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing technical guidance to regional teams.



Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting operations across six sub-regional offices, including São Paulo, Brazil; Barbados, Caribbean; Santiago, Chile; Bogotá, Colombia; Mexico City, Mexico; and New York, USA.
  • Record transactions in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) and prepare, validate, and report financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Oversee cash and financial flows for the region, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
  • Act as the main accounting reference for the six sub-regional offices, providing technical guidance and support to regional teams.
  • Collaborate with the global office on financial reporting and regional alignment.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in accounting management, preferably in a regional or multi-entity environment.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting software, including Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and external partners.
  • Degree in Accounting, with a Master's degree an advantage.
