Job Title: Regional Finance Receivable Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Finance Receivable Analyst to join our team. This role requires a self-motivated, structured, and disciplined financial professional with strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Treasury/Receivables Managers in each country to monitor and improve premium receivable management.
- Prepare the extensive Quarterly Premium Receivables Committee slide deck for presentation to Regional and Home Office Management.
- Analyze receivables data to understand premium ageing and propose improvements in the process, actions, and cash flow.
- Support the implementation of systems solutions to improve data analysis and management.
- Participate in monthly meetings with the Regional Receivable Leader and Receivables Manager in each Country to review ageing and follow up on actions.
- Provide analysis and commentaries to measure and explain trends and risks of premium receivable ageing by Line of Business and Country.
- Prepare and release the monthly management report, including value-added commentaries to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in finance market and insurance industry.
- Graduation in business administration, accounting, economics, mathematics, data science, or engineering.
- Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in relevant tools such as Excel (advanced).
- A sharp and flexible intellect with a demonstrated track record of creative problem solving.
- An adaptable mindset, willing to learn and evolve within a dynamic financial environment.
