As a Regional Financial Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes within our organization.
The Compensation Accounting team is responsible for managing monthly payroll validation and bookings, as well as reconciling all payroll clearance accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing hiring, vacation, and termination processes;
- Coordinating outbound/inbound payroll processes and payments;
- Developing and updating standard operational procedures;
- Providing administrative support to the department's routines;
- Analyzing accounting data for payroll processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish;
- Work experience in financial institutions or consulting firms (Big Four) on payroll processes;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel);
- Aptitude for programming and automation;
- Strong numerical, communication, and organizational skills;
- Interest in Accounting and Operational HR activities;
- Exceptional attention to detail.
