Job Overview

The Market Intelligence role is responsible for analyzing market data and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth. As a key member of the International Business Marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage process of data collection from internal and external sources
  • Convert data into actionable business signals and develop predictive models
  • Build and maintain a scalable data ecosystem using PowerBI platform
  • Supply marketing campaign owners with targeted lists based on customer propensity to buy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform business strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, information science, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics or data analysis with a focus on customer insight and market data
  • Strong skillset across Microsoft BI Stack (SQL, SSIS, Power BI) with experience in data mining, preparation, and modeling
  • Experience with KNIME or other ETL platforms would be ideal
  • Advanced communication skills with ability to present clear information in a range of ways and compelling storytelling
  • Fluency in English with French as a plus
Additional Information:

This role supports the Head of IB Market Intelligence through various activities, including data acquisition, signal development, and tool maintenance. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
