Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reputation Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of proactive reputation management strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand reputation management, public relations, or a related field, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can interpret data to drive decision-making and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading tools and platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in reputation management and crisis communication.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze online conversations, media coverage, and social media mentions.
  • Develop strategies to address and mitigate potential reputation risks.
  • Prepare regular reports on brand sentiment, media coverage, and reputation metrics.
  • Collaborate with the PR and communications team to develop proactive reputation management strategies.

Familiarity with reputation management tools and social media monitoring platforms is highly desirable.
