Job Summary

This key role will lead the development of high-quality budgets and proposals for clinical research programs, collaborating with Business Development/proposal development teams to prepare and finalize proposals, ensuring timely delivery.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Review request for proposal (RFP) documentation and insights from Cronos SMEs to inform proposal text and budget development.
  • Collaborate with Business Development/proposal development teams to prepare and finalize proposals, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Lead the development of proposals and budgets, utilizing expertise in commercial operations and life sciences.
  • Revise or develop preliminary agreements and related budgets and scope of work in collaboration with Cronos and Contract teams, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
  • Promote a deep understanding of processes and policies relating to proposal development, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and identify discrepancies in customer information, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain quality control edits on all documents and contribute to the finalization of documents and distribution to customers and internal departments.
  • Update and maintain corporate databases as required, ensuring accurate tracking reports.
  • Drive process improvements and template evolution (including Qvidian) to enhance scalability and efficiency within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 5 years' direct experience in contracts, proposals, or industry-specific operations.
  • Expertise in the CRO Industry, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Qvidian, Salesforce, and costing models.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret RFPs and protocols, coupled with strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Aptitude for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders across IQVIA and customers.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (writing, speaking, reading).
