Digital Product Engineer Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Lead to manage a skilled team of software engineers building innovative digital products for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the team and clients towards cutting-edge techniques and processes for software delivery, while shaping solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of software engineers building digital products
- Drive the team and clients towards cutting-edge techniques and processes for software delivery
- Shape solutions that meet client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team of software engineers
- Proficiency in mobile app development technologies (Android, iOS, or React Native) and/or web development technologies (React, Next, Angular, Vue, Node, .NET, Java)
- Experience managing a team, growing people through goal-setting, coaching, and feedback
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile techniques for managing work, pairing, mobbing, and shift-left testing
- Owned the delivery of a complete digital product with code that is durable, secure, scalable, and thoroughly tested
- Simplify and communicate complex problems around technology, business processes, user experience, and development tasks
- Fluent English skills - including written, verbal, and presentation
- Professional experience as a Project or Product Manager and Scrum Master from a major technology consultancy or agency
- Guided a client to further their use of modern engineering practices or agile software delivery processes
- Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, SPC, etc.
