Job Overview

As a Senior Finance Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our organization's financial success.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely preparation of management accounts by the end of each month.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and receipts.
  • Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare and record journal entries as necessary.
  • Effectively manage credit control procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal clients.
  • Collaborate with banks and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of financial matters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly updated and recorded in a timely manner.
  • Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial-related problems.
  • Support the finance team with projects and tasks as required.
  • Verify that all accounting transactions submitted are fair and ethical.
  • Report any misuse or mishandling of internal resources.
  • Respond promptly to general finance inquiries from colleagues.
  • Assist the finance department in yearly audits.
  • Comply with organizational standards and regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Evaluate funding opportunities for alignment with our objectives and work.
  • Develop project ideas and proposals with Inspire members, including accurate budgets.
  • Oversee the filing and achievement of funding programme deliverables.
Requirements
  • A minimum qualification of MQF Level 4 in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least two years of experience within the finance sector.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
