Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for teaching, preparing content, and managing students in school environments following our pedagogical plan.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Teach classes and guide children s learning, promoting learning experiences based on our pedagogical plan and the special needs of every student;
  2. Analyze the student s evolution in the learning process, collecting evidence and paying attention to individual needs, defining actions to improve performance;
  3. Develop strategies that promote the improvement and engagement of students, based on observation and evidence collection;
  4. Promote classes and differentiation strategies for students with learning difficulties;
  5. Supervise the work of the Teaching Assistant (TA) in adapting activities for students with special educational needs;
  6. Ensure safety, constantly staying with students, in any activity, observing, guiding and interfering when necessary, to avoid possible accidents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Pedagogy or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of classroom experience;
  • 2 years of experience as a primary school teacher (students aged 6 to 11 years), desirable;
  • Classroom management;
  • Languages: Proficiency in English;
  • Specific Technical Knowledge: Bilingualism;
  • Desirable Knowledge: IB Methodology, Child Development;
  • Soft Skills and Values: Digital Thinking, Caring Profile, Interpersonal Relationships, Conflict Management, Creativity.
