Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Multimodal Content and Platform team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and scaling our platform for content acquisition, ingestion, serving, and ranking, focused on multimodal content and User Generated Content (UGC).

You will drive efforts to organize and understand multimodal content, making it universally accessible across Search. Your key responsibilities include enhancing content quality, expanding capabilities for new applications, and collaborating with various product teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Infrastructure Design, Systems Infrastructure, Multimodal Machine Learning, Content Ingestion, Online Content Production.
