We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team and support our growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payments from customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and track overdue accounts using established protocols to secure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delinquent accounts, including payment arrangements, communications, and invoices.
- Provide exceptional customer service to balance high customer satisfaction with effective debt collection efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and disputes efficiently.
- Prepare and provide regular reports on debt collection activities and progress.
- 1+ years of experience in Collections and/or Customer Service.
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging customers.
- High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset.
- Knowledge of state and federal collection laws (preferred).
