Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role will report directly to the Workplace Manager for Brazil & Argentina and be responsible for promoting a high level of satisfaction among staff by promptly responding to their service requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a high level of satisfaction among staff by promptly responding to their service requirements.
  • Lead communications strategy and execution for both Brazil and Argentina, including general announcements, group moderation, internal documentation, and Workplace change management.
  • Serve as a lead on local office initiatives, including onboarding, events, and programs (F&B, transportation, accessibility, sustainability).
  • Plan, curate, and manage all F&B related services (meals, pantry, events), lobby/reception, transportation, accessibility, and sustainability services.
  • Lead, build, and oversee the internal events program and various events for the Brazil and Argentina offices.
  • Monitor ticketing systems and experience requests, making sure they are fulfilled in a timely manner and at a high quality level.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English. Spanish is considered a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role supporting workplace services.
  • Experience supervising F&B related services and event planning.
  • Self-motivated, with demonstrable problem-solving skills and the ability to be resourceful and proactive.
