As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will foster a thriving and productive environment for all employees at our São Paulo office and eSports Arena. Your responsibilities include collaborating with local leadership, vendors, and teams to develop programs that enhance workplace effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office and arena, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers, ensuring they meet required service standards.
  • Closely monitor maintenance and repairs, aligning with local and corporate leadership.
  • Partner with local leaders to drive effective Workplace Experience programs and provide insight on workplace needs.
  • Welcome visitors and out-of-town employees, allocating and logging visitor passes as needed.
  • Support space planning and workplace moves by collaborating with employees to understand their needs and executing necessary changes.
  • Perform environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance activities and maintain office procedure documentation.
  • Support local events and initiatives, including esports tournaments and cultural celebrations.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience providing facilities or maintenance services in a busy organization.
  • Experience managing contractors and suppliers, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Brazilian labor law (CLT), adapting workplace practices to remain compliant.
  • Events management expertise, delivering high-quality, compliant experiences.
  • Strong work ethic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, interacting with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Fluency in English.
