Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Operations Specialist to provide expert support for assigned cases and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with employees/managers to resolve issues and inquiries on time with high accuracy.
  • Implement processes in line with established policies, procedures, and performance criteria.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to resolve escalated issues (e.g., vendor performance).
  • Maintain the HR Knowledge Base and FAQs.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate with site resources and centers of excellence in talent operations work, including:
    • Recruiting & Staffing
    • Support with requisition creation, validating/supplementing requisition data fields, job requirements, assigning TA, and sending approval matrices
    • Support COE with as-needed requests (i.e., electronically posting positions)
    • Administer vendor invoicing activities (e.g., Truescreen, CHR, Neuron, LinkedIn)
    • Provide operational support to the Pre-Onboarding process of new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar experience;
  • Language Proficiency: English required; Spanish a plus;
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience;
  • Experience working in shared services/customer service environments;
  • High orientation with HR systems and processes preferred;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Committed to continuous improvement;
  • Demonstrates attention to detail;
  • Customer service oriented.
