Financial Planning Manager
About This RoleWe are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for structuring and conducting financial planning processes ensuring accuracy, agility, and compliance with current regulations.
Main Responsibilities:- Structure and conduct financial planning process - budget management
- Prepare financial performance controls and reports (P&L, Cash, Balance)
- Manage industrial costs and develop variable KPIs
- Ensure tax compliance and discuss opportunities with experts
- Evaluate and manage accounts receivable: develop controls, policies, and credit assessment methods
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- IFRJ /Corporate finance / Balance Analysis /Financial math expertise
- At least 4 years of experience as supervisor/coordinator/manager in controllership management (accounting + tax)
- At least 2 years of experience in financial planning management
- Treasury management experience for at least 1 year, including accounts receivable and payable (desirable)
