Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial strategy and analysis for our Brazilian operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with expertise in market trends, profitability analysis, and cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for our Brazilian operations.
  • Analyze market trends and identify areas for improvement in our building materials sector.
Financial Strategy & Analysis:

Our Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our financial strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain costs, manage currency exposure, and implement robust internal controls.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in financial management, with 3+ years in the building materials, construction, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Expertise in Brazilian fiscal/tax legislation (e.g., ICMS, PIS/COFINS).
  • Full proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Advanced Excel/ERP skills (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we would prefer candidates with:

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese for seamless communication with global HQ, suppliers, and partners.
  • Experience in the building materials industry.
