About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Analyst to join our team at Medtronic. As a Senior Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Commercial Reporting and Analytics solutions in support of our sales organizations in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales function, including preparing sales and/or expense forecasts, budgets, and quotas.
  • Conduct statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
  • Develop territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan and maintain on-line sales and marketing system.
  • Instruct sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information.
  • Prepare and control commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region.
  • Perform sales calculations on sales incentives.
  • May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Able to full communication in English and/or Spanish.
  • Data analytics capability (Power BI is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
  • Experience working with Territory & Quota analyses and calculation.
