Service Support Specialist

This is a high-profile opportunity to join our team as a Service Support Specialist. We are expanding globally, and this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve operational irregularities due to software issues or other reasons.
  • Resolve real-time incidents affecting hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Manage client disputes effectively.
  • Monitor critical application functions and infrastructure components using provided tools, escalating alerts as necessary.
  • Record major incident events and produce post-resolution reports.
  • Manage ad-hoc situations to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and organizing daily processes according to internal policies.
  • Ensure adequate staffing for each shift.

Requirements:

  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to make independent judgments and refer complex issues to relevant authorities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, full-time, or part-time schedules.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality, urgency, and result-oriented attitude.
  • Approachable, energetic, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Office package.
