We are seeking an experienced Categories Operations Analyst to join our team.

This role involves playing a key part in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring a balanced marketplace that delivers a good experience for both passengers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the operations of each category, providing performance insights to the team
  • Design passenger profile segmentation and engagement strategies tailored to each category
  • Analyze incentive strategies to understand efficiency levels and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop location-specific analysis to uncover opportunities and address operational challenges
  • Create presentations to share operational insights with stakeholders and foster strategic discussions
  • Propose and validate category-specific use cases and value propositions to enhance operations
  • Support ad-hoc analyses in collaboration with other team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of data tools (Excel / Database / SQL)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience building and delivering impactful presentations
  • Sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to category expansion initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Background in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields
  • Advanced or fluent English language proficiency
