Operational Efficiency Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring processes related to logistics costs. You will need to understand the current process and propose improvements in the flow and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage processes to optimize operational efficiency;
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement;
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and introduce initiatives to enhance operational efficiency;
- Serve as a subject matter expert on logistics cost management and process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement or a related field;
- Proficient Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
