Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in key countries. This role is crucial for promoting efficiency and compliance, and provides a unique opportunity to elevate our operational standards through automation and digitalization.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the closure and reviews of payroll are accurate, meeting deadlines and fiscal regulations.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with suppliers and partners, while closely collaborating with internal teams, such as Legal and Accounting, to mitigate risks and optimize practices.
  • Oversight of collective agreements and compliance with labor legislation, in addition to managing administrative tasks such as hiring, vacations, and terminations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Extensive experience in Payroll and personnel administration, with specific knowledge of Brazilian legislation and an understanding of international regulations.
  • Skills in payroll accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, leadership skills, and the ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environments.
