We are seeking a professional to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in our Customer Success team.
- This role will support the team, resolve out-of-happy-path issues, produce operational reports, and drive process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience in Customer Service planning / optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields is required.
- Strong proficiency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written) is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of SQL (or willingness to learn) are also required.
We offer a hybrid work schedule with in-office work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This schedule fosters collaboration, team connection, and strategic planning.
