Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Shared Services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, and implement development plans and disciplinary actions.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency, quality, speed, and safety.
  • Organize teams for performance improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive continuous process improvements.
  • Monitor team performance, ensure compliance with policies, and conduct periodic quality checks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in People Services or Human Resources.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Understanding of regulatory environment and/or experience in Shared Services business.
