About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at Trustly. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with our organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Total Rewards programs and strategies that support our business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Design and implement HRIS systems and processes to support our Total Rewards programs and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytics and reporting tools to support business decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Total Rewards and HRIS.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HRIS, or People Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of market practices in Total Rewards and HRIS.
