We are seeking a seasoned Operations professional to join our team. As an Operations Governance VP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping processes, standards, and metrics across multiple locations and functions.

  • Streamline operations by gathering data, documenting current patterns, analyzing discrepancies, and developing operational catalogs, roles, responsibilities, and standard procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a governance framework to ensure consistency across locations and functions with objectives including:
    • Improving organizational effectiveness by setting and assessing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with local and regional leads.
    • Identifying and addressing critical issues, prioritizing actions that deliver the most value.
    • Enhancing customer experience through consistent service delivery, Service Level Agreement (SLA) reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Optimizing workforce by adopting new processes, best practices, and innovations.
    • Maintaining improvement cycles by challenging the status quo and partnering with leads for course corrections.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities, particularly in large organizations.
