Job Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring operational compliance, safety, and efficiency by monitoring processes, leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining quality standards in a distribution center environment.
- Evaluate employee productivity and take corrective action when necessary to guarantee it, publishing results periodically.
- Implement and maintain 5S standards in the operational and administrative environment.
- Report accidents and incidents according to the established safety process, conducting investigations as needed.
- Monitor inventory accuracy weekly using ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators.
- Train, develop, and motivate the team in all functions, ensuring employees are multifunctional.
- Participate in and lead various projects in the operations area and other areas.
- Collaborate with support areas.
- Communicate company key figures (KPIs) to the team and monitor them.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or similar. Additionally, experience managing Distribution Centers and Inventory and Quality operational routines is required. Knowledge of SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, stock movement by entry date or expiry date, Kanban, and Anvisa product management is desirable.
