Power Transformers Engineering Process Manager

**Description**
**The opportunity**
The GPG Engineering End-to-End Process Manager is responsible to oversee and lead the entire engineering process within the Global Product Group (GPG) from creating tenders to supporting marketing quotations and providing Bills of Materials to manufacturing and towards ERP system; uses Lean methodologies and Digital Transformation to improve standardization, speed, and quality for customers and internal teams; supports the "Design Anywhere, Manufacture Anywhere" framework.
This role focuses on ensuring process efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, the role emphasizes value stream process improvements, reduction of manual processes, and developing requirements for platform and tool teams to enhance the speed and quality of the design process; coordinates with factory Engineering.
**How you´ll make an impact**
**Process Management**:
- Develop, implement, and manage engineering processes for quality and efficiency.
- Scale and review processes regularly for improvement.
**Value Stream Improvements**:
- Lead Kaizen and workshops to enhance process efficiency.
- Use Lean methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate improvements.
**Reduce Manual Processes**:
- Identify and automate high-manual-intervention areas.
- Implement digital tools to improve accuracy and speed.
- Work with IT to ensure business-led, IT-supported automation.
**Platform and Tool Requirements**:
- Define and monitor requirements for tools and platforms.
- Ensure alignment with business needs and continuous improvement.
**Team Leadership**:
- Lead a multinational team to coordinate activities and share best practices.
- Implement agile setups for timely project delivery.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Foster a culture of feedback and process optimization.
- Analyze audit results to identify improvement areas.
**Project Management**:
- Ensure successful project implementation with clear stages and decision points.
**Cross-Functional Engagement**:
- Develop and implement strategies for common processes across product lines.
- Support PLM strategy implementation and supplier collaboration.
**Your background**
- **Education**:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications in project management is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering process management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, leading initiatives and managing multinational
teams.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools
