Expert Power Transformer Developer

This position involves providing technical expertise as a reference point for the global product group and power transformers factories.
Key Responsibilities:- Support global and regional R&D teams in executing yearly roadmap targets.
- Develop proposals for future development of transformers technology and assess technology feasibility.
- Investigate failures remotely or in person, provide training to less senior engineers, and document knowledge.
- Revise and create technical standards, prepare technical reports, and support factories in reviewing and testing complex transformers.
- Identify intellectual property needs among technology program outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Deep experience and knowledge in power transformers technology.
- Ability to work in a remote and diverse environment.
- Willingness to travel to meet R&D teams when needed.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English.
