Job Title: Global Product Specialist - Offshore Substation and Subsea Transformers

Overview:

">

This role offers an opportunity for transformer engineering and R&D experts to apply their knowledge to help customers with demanding applications and participate in joint development of new solutions for the changing electrical grid.

">

The work will involve technical meetings, international standards development, and contributing to industry knowledge on power transformer technology.

">

Responsibilities:

">
  • Conduct market analyses to identify technical product gaps and opportunities.">
  • Develop business cases for product development, transfer of technology, maintenance, and competitiveness.">
  • Collect and share market technical data to validate product performance and support new product development.">
  • Prepare and present technical communication materials to support product launches.">
  • Keep engineering, operations, sales, and channels informed on topics related to Industrial and Specialty transformers.">
  • Provide support to data quality improvement, sales, and customer meetings.">
  • Ensure training material is available for internal and external use.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years of experience in transformer engineering and/or research & development.

">

You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
