Business Analyst - iGaming Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the iGaming industry to join our team. As a key member of our product and trading team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing complex datasets and translating them into actionable business strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators, monitor product performance, and recommend data-driven improvements.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to create comprehensive reports tailored to business needs.
  • Collaboration with Product & Trading Team: Work closely with the product & trading team to identify key performance indicators, monitor product performance, and recommend data-driven UI, UX, and gaming improvements.
  • Business Problem Solving: Leverage data analysis to address and resolve business challenges, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Dashboard & Visualization Development: Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor performance to inform strategic planning.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role, preferably in the iGaming or sports betting industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar. Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
  • Domain Expertise: Understanding of sports betting market dynamics, products, and consumer behavior.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear business recommendations.
