Lead Technical Director

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Technical Director to lead our engineering teams and drive technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading large-scale software development projects and delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical vision for our organization, mentoring and developing technical leaders, and ensuring that our engineering teams are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

In this role, you will work closely with our product leadership team to identify business opportunities and develop technical strategies to achieve them. You will also collaborate with our engineering teams to design, build, and deploy complex software systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale software development projects and delivering high-quality results
  • Strong technical expertise in software engineering, including architecture, design, and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and develop technical leaders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
