Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRBP Senior Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive our HR strategies and lead the development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the local Brazil leadership team to drive HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead the development of our workforce by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop solutions that drive business results.
  • Develop and implement people-oriented programs that positively impact business units.
  • Navigate complex situations and team dynamics to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with different areas, managers, and leaders at all levels in a business partner role.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation and influence to managers and employees on issues regarding staffing, compensation, employee relations, policies, and performance management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with advanced English proficiency.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, able to manage multiple projects and connect initiatives to higher strategy and context.
